In the beginning of March I submitted the URL of the title in the category:
http://dmoz.org/Business/Publishing_and_Printing/Publishing/Books/Fiction/Fantasy/

The site is descriptive rather than promotional, with only links to ordering the fairy tale/fantasy. However, being the publisher, I believed it was the right place, but I would not object to another place in the ODC.

I just wonder whether it has been reviewed, and if rejected, why.

I would just ask about the status; the site was submitted on 3rd March 2004.
