2. I see that your previous thread located here has been locked. But it appears that you received a status report in November. If this is the case, you are not eligible for another until six months have passed. I don't speak Italian (one of the few languages I really wish I knew), so I could be mistaken.

You mean this thread and the status report was in January.

The matter is twofold:
1. You have opened a new thread when your old thread works perfectly well.
2. You have not waited the required six months between status checks.
