Status of www.chicweddingfavors.com

Hello everyone - I am trying to find out the status of my submission for www.chicweddingfavors.com.

I was asked to follow up in six months and I believe it’s been six months since my last submission. Is this still waiting for review? Do I need to submit this again?

Sorry for bugging you guys again, It’s just that the wedding season is right around the corner and I put in lot of effort into my site.
