I ca'n't find a submission for that URL in that category, and there is no record of it having been reviewed. Please feel free to resubmit the site once to the most appropriate category.

Why not use the same category the second time around? If you don't know where your site really belongs, do you think an editor will have an easier time with it?

the site fits well in either, and this category is where I expect users are more likely to look.

That's not something we ever know.

A good thing it's not something we need to do our job. For that matter, it's really not something you need to do your job -- now that you've confirmed we know about the site and therefore that you've done all that's needed here.
