status of www.consumerjusticegroup.com

My site at www.consumerjusticegroup.com was originally submitted under the category http://dmoz.org/Society/Law/Services/Lawyers_and_Law_Firms/Consumer_Protection/United_States/Virginia/, which was pertinent at the time. However, we have since relocated and made some changes to our site, and I would like the new category to be http://www.dmoz.org/Society/Law/Legal_Information/Consumer_Protection.

I filled out the "update URL" form in the original category about two weeks ago, but the change has not been made. Is this a reasonable amount of time to wait for the update, or should I expect a longer wait?

An update is much like a submission, it waits in a queue until an editor has time to work on it. Often, however, updates are done first as they are quicker to take care of--but that is not required. In addition, and editor will decide if an update is appropriate. There is no time frame for when an update will be processed, as editors are volunteer. As requested in the forum guidelines, please wait a month (to give opportunity for it to be processed) and then return to this same thread and request a current status.

It has been a month since I requested the category change, and the change has not yet been made. So, I'm just checking back in regarding the status of my site. Thank you!

The update submission of August 19th is the only one waiting for review in that category. Hopefully there soon be an editor to review it. If nothing happens in the next month, come back here to check again.
