I'm not entirely clear what you are asking, so let me give you a long answer.

Your company is only allowed one listing in the directory, even if it has many offices.

If you feel that the current listing does not accurately represent your company, or the physical area where you have your offices, then you need to submit an update request. To do this, go to the category where your site is currently listed, click on the Update URL link, and request your change.

Hope this helps.

Please see the answer Spectregunner gave.

We do not process submissions - including requests for updates - through this forum. All we do here is give you information about the status of your request. If you come back here one month after you submitted your update request somebody will check that it was received. It might already be processed by then, or it might take much longer. In any case we need to follow the forum rules about how often we give status information. Thank you for your understanding.

status of www.croatia-estate.com

Could you please explain why our web sites have been moved from the category as well:
Croatia-Estate.com - Immobilienverkauf mit Objektsuche nach Preis, Ort und Kategorie sowie Informationen zu Kroatien.
-- http://www.croatia-estate.com/ World: Deutsch: Regional: Europa: Kroatien: Wirtschaft: Immobilien

Croazia Immobiliari.com - Appartamenti in affitto, isole in vendita, informazioni turistiche.
-- http://www.croatia-estate.com/it/index-it.htm World: Italiano: Regionale: Europa: Croazia

they have been there for the last 7 to 8 years.
Your duty is probably providing information to your users, but in this way, someone is sistematically working against us, and it's obvious we're talking about an editor who has an interest in our competition.
If I'm wrong, please explain why we have been moved out of the category in German and Italian language.
Once more, let me remaind you that we're the largest and oldest agency in Croatia, and if you're doing this to us, competition should be the reason.

It's been several months that we've been trying to contact you. At first, we tried to change the description of our web sites http://www.croatia-info.net and put an index site in your category:
http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/Croatia/Business_and_Economy/Real_Estate/
As a result, that particular site was erased from the category, with an explanation that we cannot have our web sites in two different categories. Then we, following your advice, tried to change the category, so that we erase them from one category and add them to another, but until today, we haven't seen any changes, except for the fact that our sites are sistematically being erased from all categories??
I'm asking for an answer

The request to change broker.hr to croatia-info.net was declined, and broker.hr is still listed in the category you mention.

I merged your threads since they are talking about the same site from our perspective. Regarding the German category http://dmoz.org/World/Deutsch/Regional/Europa/Kroatien/Wirtschaft/Immobilien , your site was not removed, but the URL was changed to what we think is the most appropriate one for the purpose of an ODP listing. The same URL is now listed in the English, German and Croatian-language categories; the languages the site is completely translated into.

Not quite. They were there for 3 years.

Your duty is probably providing information to your users, but in this way, someone is sistematically working against us, and it's obvious we're talking about an editor who has an interest in our competition.
And you would be wrong as the editor responsible for cleaning up your listings is neither Croatian nor in real estate. Not that it is really any of your business.

Real estate sites may be listed once in the category most closely corresponding to the physical location of the office. In the English section, that is usually the locality. In the other languages, that is usually the top level of the Croatia category or somewhere near there. broker.hr (the one of your many, many mirrors that we've chosen to list) is currently listed in the most relevent English, Croatian, German, and Italian categories (note: it may take a little while for them to turn up in the public pages for the German and Italian categories but rest assured that the site is listed in the categories noted above). Those are the only places you will be listed.

I expect you to stop filing abuse reports and to stop coming here to complain about your listings. To that end, I am closing this thread. Do not start a new one -- you have the information you need about the status of your site and we will not be entertaining any additional arguments about the site here.
