This is the first time I've used this resource so I hope I'm doing this correctly

Anway, I was wondering about the status of the site I suggested for DMOZ inclusion. I suggested it over a month ago and can still not see it anywhere.

The URL is: http://www.debt-consolidation-program.us/
and the title to be used was: Debt Consolidation

I wanted it included in
http://dmoz.org/Business/Financial_Services/Financial_Planning/Debt_Consolidation/
or similar.

Can you please let me know what (if anything!) has happened to it or if I am doing something wrong.

why was it declined?

Hi there -

why was the site declined? There is nothing wrong with it as far as I can make out and it conforms to all the necessary requirements. What can I change to get the site included in the DMOZ directory?

We never go into specifics for declining a site, however in general the reasons fall under the heading "Insufficient Unique Content". If you haven't read them already, you may find the Site Selection Criteria useful.
