Bobrat,

When you say it it does meet the listing requirements, could you please expand or be more specific.

I took a look at the "Sites Generally Not Included Section" and to the best of my knowledge:
-I do not use Affiliate Marketing Schemes;
-I do not use Identical Mirrors;
-I do not use Redirects and "Cloaked" URLs; and
-I do not use Illegal Sites.

Being that if might be my lack of know-how, would you let me know what requirement I did not meet.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Kids, this is safe to do at home:

Make a copy of the submittal policy.

Delete the parts that you say you didn't violate.

Look at what's left.

I didn't need an actual copy, because I could remember it well enough. I just looked at the things you say you didn't do, and the very first thing that popped into my mind that you failed to mention that you did not do -- was, sure enough, exactly what you did.

Here's another hint. There is exactly one dire threat in the submittal policy. One might deduce that the particular rule associated with that threat might be one of the most important parts, maybe even the most important part, of the policy. And one would be right in so deducing.
