It means post a reply to this thread. We want to keep the discussion all together in one place. You can bookmark it so you don't lose it. (Or it's easily found from your profile if you don't have a lot of threads you've starrted.) :)

It means you were last given an update on 1 December. You must wait 6 months between requests, i.e. not before 1 June.

Bump means find this same thread again on or after 1 June and post to it. That will "bump" it up to the top of the list of threads and someone will see it and respond.
