I submitted http://www.e-twinaxcontroller.com to http://www.dmoz.com/Computers/Hardware/Systems/IBM/AS-400/ on November 18 and subsequently emailed an inquiry on Feb 19. So far no response. I was wondering if I should email the editor again or just give up. Thanks!

Sorry to say, but in some categories review times are quite long. Just a matter of the number of submissions related to the number of editors and their amount of free time.
