I'm just replying like djdeeds asked for a status. So I can submit this site a second time to it's locality? My store does have a physical storefront in a building. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, go ahead. Some kinds of sites may have both a significant topical focus and a significant geographic focus, and the directory reflects that. You may be considered for two listings, and neither one will prejudice the possibility of getting the other.
