I am inquiring about the current status of the URL http://www.emilyadamsonline.com which was suggested to the directory on 10/8/04 under the subcategory http://dmoz.org/Arts/Music/Bands_and_Artists/A/. I am a recording artist and am naturally eager to gain exposure. If you like Sarah McLachlan, Michelle Branch, Sheryl Crow, Avril Lavigne, etc...you should go to my site and have a listen! Your site is waiting to be reviewed. Unfortunately, it seems like everyone with a guitar has submitted there site to the Bands and Artists category. I'd expect a long wait until it's reviewed. If you don't see your site listed in 6 months, you can come back to this thread and ask for an update. I'd suggest you bookmark this page.

Thank you for responding. To clarify...I didn't post just because "I have a guitar..." If you listened to my music, I think you would realize that...however, I think I understand what you're trying to say. So, do you have any other suggestions for me? I am a legitimate artist, and the increased site traffic and exposure that being listed in the directory would generate could make a huge difference for me.
