In addition to this category, you may submit your site to Regional: Europe: United Kingdom: Business and Economy: Construction and Maintenance: Tools and Equipment. The two submissions will probably reviewed by different editors, and in the end your site might get listed in both categories.

The wait is simply for the status check, you are allowed one every six months.

time to site review is a differnt matter -- it ranges from a few hours to infinity.
