I didn't check World/Polska/Komputery/Internet/WWW/Tworzenie_stron/ or the other categories mentioned in http://resource-zone.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=28397 as our general rule is once in Topical and once in Regional.

As I don't speak Polish, I won't begin to guess which category would be the best Topical one, but I'll trust the Polish editors to figure it out. The submissions are there, now you just have to wait for the editors to sort it all out.
