I submitted the "First Train Ltd, Presentation Skills Training" site to http://dmoz.org/Business/Management/Education_and_Training/ on 13/03/03 - Is there any reason why this is not yet included? should I resubmit the site?

Reason: Huge backlog.

What you can do: Sit back and relax. It will be processed, regarding the amount of sites wiaiting for review this can take quite some time.
