I am afraid that the site was actually down at the time of review (which was very recently).

I did just add it back into the pile as I see that it is working.

On having a look around I see that http://www.active-leisure.co.uk is already listed based on its locality at http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/England/Essex/Harlow/Business_and_Economy.

I also see that there is some reference to services being suspended on the listed URL. Therefore it would also be appropriate to submit a URL change for the old listing.
