Actually, I think your suggested category http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Food/Produce/Nuts/Organic/ might have been where I submitted it. I simply searched for "organic" to find what category I thought I submitted to, but the one you suggested looks much more familiar.

When you replied, did you first check that category you suggested to see if the site was waiting there? If not, I'll resubmit there.
