Could I get an update as to the status of my submission? Also, on the bottom of the category I submitted to it says "Volunteer to edit this category." Does this mean that there is no editor for this??
If so, what happens to the submissions?

That is one of the most misunderstood parts of ODP, and if I had a magic wand, it is the one thing I would eliminate.

Not having a named editor simply means that no editor is named as the editor of the category. It do not mean that no one edits the category.

I was in a Target store the other night and saw a sign on an aisle that said "This Aisle Proudly Maintained by Josh." Other aisles did not have a named maintainer, yet all were maintained. Perhaps Josh does them after he maintains his main aisle, perhaps others in the store maintain them. It is irrelevant, as all the aisles were neat and maintained (well, as neat and maintained as one could hope!).

I wish I had better news for you in terms of your site's listing but, alas, there is no change.
