To save yourself and us a little time, you might want to wait longer than that -- maybe 3 months? It's an extremely backlogged area.

Sites for web designers can also be submitted to the appropriate locality in Regional -- look for a Business_and_Economy/Internet subcat. Of course, this is assuming that the locality is indicated on the site; I haven't looked at this one to check.
