I didn't remember where i had posted it to, would you recomment keeping it there ? or should i resubmit it to the category i thought it was under ?

do you know if there is a narrower "time frame" for either categories?

Leave it where it is. I took a very quick peek at your site, and it looks more like humor than social statements to me.

It would not be wise to move it to a different category just because you think it will get looked at faster. When people do that it usuallly just gets sent to the bottom of the queue in the proper category when it's reviewed the first time. Review takes longer.
