I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. But the submittal is waiting in that category for an editor to review it. We don't know when an editor will be working in that category; but if the site hasn't appeared there in six months, you can bump this thread to ask about it again.

In the meantime: this site is about a manufacturing facility in some town or another somewhere in the United Kingdom, right? So you can also (and please do) submit the site to the Localities/(town name)Business and Economy category in Regional/Europe/UK. Many manufacturing facilities are eligible for two listings: one in a Business category and one in Regional.
