Actually what I meant was to ask your question again in your previous post. Since it has been deleted, you are in the right place.

I do not have permissions to the category you submitted to. Hopefully another editor will be along soon to give you an answer. Please be patient, we have been inundated with request lately. If this one drops off the page, please bump it again by relying to this thread.
