I submitted http://www.indvr.com to http://dmoz.org/Recreation/Travel/Lodging/Vacation_Rentals/Directories/ last April.

Is it the queue to review or do I need to submit again?

It's in the queue. The queue is huge. Very backlogged category. Good Luck!
