Is weblogs/personal/m a 'live' dmoz category

Thank you for the fast response. 6 months and still waiting for review?! I realize the editors are overworked, but I would like to be included in DMOZ. I'm trying to play by the rules, I patiently waited 6 months to only find out that my site has still not even been looked at! It appears that less than 10 sites have been added to my category since last May. Is the .../weblogs/personal/m a 'live' or 'dead' branch of DMOZ? Should I consider an alternate category like homepages to submit my site to -- or would that count as a duplicate submission?
