Been trying to submit www.mireilledagher.com to Business: Arts and Entertainment: Fashion: Designers.
Dmoz times out due to heave load/traffic and I am wondering whether the submission went in or not. I hope it was not considered as spam

It's not waiting in that category. I don't know where you're located, but the night hours (for the US) are the best time to submit, for obvious reasons.
