Is it possible to speed up inclusion? 4 months past without results.
Maybe I can help somehow?
I see that in my category there are no editors, only in top category. It seems like they are overdriven or something.

No there is no way to speed up review of a site. Three are many hundreds of thousands of sites awaiting a review, and since all editors are volunteers they choose how often to work, and which categories to work on.

Another 6 months passed (17 months of waiting total) :) Is any news? Should I post site to review again? Thanks.

You may post again if you wish. If you do, it will replace the submittal that is still waiting. And for editors who review sites in submittal order (admittedly, there aren't many of them) you will have moved yourself to the back of the line.

I recommend continuing to follow the submittal policies instead.
