Which area of the site selection criteria does my site not meet? I'd like to know so I can improve it and attempt to get listed in the future. Thank you.

There's only one criterion.

Unique content.

I grant, this may be a foreign concept....

Did you happen to look at the site?

Fifteen new pages of unique content were added within the last two hours:

http://www.oppapers.com/newest-papers.php

...15 new members were added within the last hour:

http://www.oppapers.com/newest-members.php

...the site has a magazine with original articles:

http://www.oppapers.com/magazine.php

...we compile lists of the most popular papers, visitors from schools, and donators:

http://www.oppapers.com/top-lists.php

...users are also able to add their personal and "known" quotes to the site:

http://www.oppapers.com/add-quote.php (requires free account)

...a user is able to login to his or her account and view:

"My Donated Papers" - a listing of the user's donated papers.
"My Paper Folder" - a listing of the papers that the user has saved for future reference.
"My Profile" - an area where users can update their personal and public information. Users are able to include personal information about themselves to share with other users.

...users are able to review each other's submissions and "grade" and post comments about each other's submissions.

My site was listed in DMOZ years ago, but thanks to unresponsible editors (who were removed), my site was removed. I don't want a battle with you; I'm simply asking for fair consideration of my site and I expect to receive the same respect that I am giving you.

After reviewing this post, would you still consider my site to be unoriginal? Thank you.

Yes, it's without question not unique.

That category attacts plenty of non-unique sites, it's the nature of the industry.

Editors do not review posts in here, they review suggested sites. Most editors who review sites do not post in this forum.

How is it not unique after seeing how many unique pages are posted per hour? The site gets about 200 new pages per day. How are the sites in the "Fee Based" category more unique? Thank you.

Thanks, but no thanks. Let's go with the forum policy here, and not argue about the editor's decision.
