There is no way to even venture a guess. All depends on editing activity in that category.

To be honest, Shopping/Health is in desperate need of editors and it may be a while yet. Suggest checking again in 2-3 months.

A review of a site can take anything from a few minutes to an hour or more. After review the site might be deleted, put on hold or listed. Listing it might take a minute or two or much longer, sometimes 10 minutes or more. Editors have to summarise what the company does (if the site is for a company), and what is actually on the website, and then write a guidelines compliant title and description. So there is anything from 10 to 150 hours work there; and someone might decide to tackle that soon, or it might not be started for months. Even if someone puts in an hour every other night on that category alone, you can appreciate that it is going to be many months before most are reviewed. On the otherhand someone might start in a minute.

Your status is unchanged. Due to the large number of sites waiting with yours, like raggedyrugs, I also suggest waiting 2 or 3 months before checking again, in order to save yourself some time and effort.

No, there's no "ahead" or "behind". And the sites in the pool are not restricted to submittals -- editors are encouraged to use various other methods of finding good sites.

And editors are free to work whenever (and, within limits, wherever) they wish. So there's no possible way we could know when that might happen.
