It is waiting there for review.

Please submit also to the locality's Recreation category within Regional (or -- I didn't check -- if it's one of the universities, then to the proper category within Reference.)

Hiya

I was wondering if the submission of www.outtc.com
has been refused, or is being stalled for a fixable reason.

Btw, i didnt take the last moderators advice of submitting to a second category as i could not remember what text i had originally submited, and so for the sake of consistency, did not want to submit until the original site had been put up.

The site is still waiting there for review.

As (from our point of view) a submittal is totally unlike either a calf being fattened or an airplane being pushed too hard, I really can't imagine what image you're seeing.

My advice is to find the gorm-impaired entity who's giving you bad reasons to ignore good advice, and hit him with a spiked clue stick. And don't stop hitting him until he says "OK! OK! Just submit your site like the nice editor says."
