The queue has been reduced to nearly half, and you're still waiting in there. No editor has looked at the site yet.

Regarding the regional submission. There is no editor for that category. How will this affect the submission time?

No category is editor-less. Even if there is no listed editor, all parent category editors, metas, Regional catmods and editalls can edit all Regional categories. In general, Regional submissions usually take less time to get reviewed but it's impossible to be more specific than that.

In both regional and shopping, the sites are still waiting in the queue and have not been reviewed.
