Any way of knowing how long it could take? I'm sure theres a long queue seeing as how its been a year and still not reviewed.

There is no queue, that implies that site are processed in some logical order.

There are sites waiting to be reviewed, and they are processed in an unpredictable but meaningful order. However from an outside view, it would appear to be random - the meaning can only be comprehended by talking with many thousands of editors who have their own plan and strategy for review.

It's like an army of ants moving along, eventaully all the ants move, but not all at the same speed. And like an army of ants, ther is no way to predict when a particular ant will arrive.
