That site appears to have been declined for a listing in that category way back in the summer of 2002. Perhaps it was the alternative health category that it was submitted to in October? It was declined for a listing there in December.

A site should get "declined" based on its content. Therefore, if the content hasn't sufficiently changed, there is no point in resubmitting. There are ample articles which have been written on this board and others which talk about what is considered quality content. Thanks <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" />
