Not in either place I'm afraid and neither has any editor moved or declined it. I suggest you resubmit it.

I have just checked (in passing) and can confirm that the submission has now been received.

However I have taken the liberty of removing the listing from the pile as I was immediately able to see that it is a gateway to another website, from the same company, offering the same services. It is therefore not eligable for a listing.
