Status of www.pitcalc.com

Recently I attempted to submit:-

Unfortunately my PC froze after clicking submit so I suspect that it did not get properly submitted. I am affraid of resubmitting again just in case it did go through. Please can you confirm that it has not been submitted and I will try again.
