It was published in http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Clothing/Footwear/Children's/ on August 22. You will not see it until the server updates.

Usually that's just a matter of minutes, but due to the introduction of new hardware it can take several weeks at the moment. But we are confident that things will be faster again soon. Don't worry, your site will eventually appear on our site and will also be included in the database used by external data users like http://directory.google.com/. Just be patient.

I am being paitent- today however something strange happended for about a 5 minute period my site was listed and now it is not

It is listed in http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Clothing/Footwear/Children%27s - due to our current synchronisation problems, you won't be able to see it until this issue is fixed.
