Can you add this to the FAQ:
The advice I was given by someone who knows more about this stuff than I do is "Submit your site to dmoz and forget about it, if you try to figure out dmoz you will go nuts"!
I guess you either get lucky or you are don't, this time I was not but for some reason my other site
www.home2garden.org was included in just a few days. The same for
www.ne-design.net someone must have really thought rain barrels are great!
But "rainwater harvesting"? What's that? How do you define that, is he selling products, is it a blog what the hell is it? So, I have renamed the title to describe exactly what it is, it's titled "Rainwater Harvesting Guide" now and it will cover everything related to rainwater harvesting (a sort of blog). I am going to write about it until I am blue in the face and maybe even design a new rainwater harvesting system to offer their sometime. I can envision dmoz editors thinking "What's this, oh well I will place it here and edit some other ones" and their it sits until I come back months later and ask.
I think you can put yourself in our places and understand why we ask the same questions over and over just as some of us understand what it is like to have 75% spam to dig through to find a few "Mom and Pops".
I will keep hoping someone finally gets it, and includes me, but if not it is fine, there are other ways to get in the door.
Thanks for your time,
Aaron
