I don't see the site waiting there either, sorry.
Category Description:
"Freelance consulting services covering internet strategy, equipment and networking, etc. NOT to be confused with freelance web designing services which has its own category at Computers: Internet: Web Design and Development: Designers: Freelance"
But whilst you may be a freelance consultant, your services don't appear to me to be the focus of the site. If you had a professional site as opposed to a personal one then it may be a possibility.
The site seems to be about you, your life, your community. And because of the latter, the Regional category I mentioned might be a better fit. Society and Culture is the sub-category we put personal sites in. If I had picked the site up in another category then that is where I would send it for review.
There is nothing wrong in this instance going for the Regional category and also submitting in the Computers branch but to stand a chance there you must make sure your site fits like a glove as those categories are highly specific. I thought about
http://dmoz.org/Computers/Programming/Internet/Personal_Pages/
"This category is for Personal sites that provide Internet development related information of some value. Either references, resources or programming tips for Web Masters."
but I'm not sure that one is right either. Have a good look and if you can find the perfect match in Computers then submit, but not otherwise.
