Yes. What's the point of asking sooner? Asking doesn't affect the time till review (except possibly add further delay). Once submittals are in our system, they generally stay until reviewed, so there's no point in checking to see if something went awry. The point is to wait until well after the site has had a "reasonable random chance" to be reviewed, so there's a reasonable chance of us having some actual information.

"Not boiling, still not boiling, still not boiling....no, we can't see if bubbles are forming on the bottom, just not boiling...." Not constructive, eh?
