I submitted this some time ago, but it is not listed yet and I have heard no response. I actually have just resubmitted it. Please could you let me know the status of this submission.

It was moved in September to be reviewed in http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_Amer...zona/Localities/T/Tucson/Health/Chiropractic/

and by pure chance was reviewed and listed there yesterday - it may take a few days to show up,

Ah, well...

That was before my time, we have added a lot more content to the site, and shifted hosting. It now includes videos, information etc.

Still not found in search

I followed one of the lionks you showed me and I see our site listed, but if I search from the top level, I do not get a hit. Will it still take some time for that to happen?

Still not getting hits....

If I type "Savage Chiropractic" in the dmoz.org search bar I still do not get any hits.

Is there a problem here?

It is available in search for me.
My guess is you are seeing

returned, of which the first part is the reason there is no result.

searching on Savage Chiropractic or savagechiropractic.com returns a result about 1 in 10 times for me.

Evidently something is a little off. It worked for me just fine and found two results yours and one in CA, and then 2 minutes later it did not and only found the one in CA.



But I should emphasise that DMOZ is not intended to be used like a search engine, it's a directory. The search function is very simple minded.

The number of people who actually would use DMOZ and search to find Savage Chiropractic is probably two - you and me.

Anyone who knows how to use the search would do something like search for Chiropractic tucson which would lead them to http://dmoz.org/Health/Alternative/Chiropractic/Offices_and_Professionals/United_States/Arizona/ - which would lead them to Tucson@ -- http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_Amer...zona/Localities/T/Tucson/Health/Chiropractic/ and there you are
