Resubmits overwrite previous submissions, so it is possible you were already waiting in this category. You are waiting there now with a submission that has today's date on it so someone did resubmit--it works more to your disadvantage. Each time you submit and it rewrites the date/information which means it sends you to the bottom of the queue if the editor evaluating sites sorts by date (sites can be sorted by date/url/title, it is up to the editor). There is no need to resubmit. The category is backlogged with quite a few submissions, you can check back here in a month if you don't see your site listed. Please use this same thread if you do.
