The link provided does not work however I have found that the one that was submitted to http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/Uni...shire/Dunstable/Business_and_Economy/Shopping has been moved to http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business_and_Economy/Shopping/Consumer_Electronics/ where it is awaiting a review.

My assumption.
If there is a become a editor link on the catagory i submitted to. dose this mean that there is no one to edit my submission? And by the way the link dose work! I have been waiting nearly a year now.

No it doesn't. Every category can be edited by editors at higher levels and all couple of hundred odd editalls and metas.

One more question please.
Is it worth submitting to my locality..the only thing my locality dosent exist on odp. Shall i resubmit and add a new catagory, wich would be for a new locality... Houghton regis in the shopping section.

If you have walk iin bricks and mortar store that serves customers and the address is on the website, by all means additionally submit to Beds/Shopping. The local editor will sort out the final categorization.
