Normally at this point I would ask you to provide a clickable link to the category that you submitted to (this is requested in the forum guidelines) however you may not remember them all so on this occassion I will take the time to elaborate (for educational purposes).

Multiple duplicate suggestions have been deleted from various London categories. We will not be listing the site in every category within London that in your opinion you qualify for.

If it is decided to list the site it will be listed in the 'single most appropriate category (that is the same single (not multiple) most appropriate category that is refered to in the submission guidelines that you agreed to on suggestion).

I have not reviewed your site but on a quick look I can only easily find one address in Tower Hamlets. If this is the case then this is the only category within London that the site will be listed. If you have more than one office the editor will list the site in the lowest category that covers all of the offices.

<added>Thanks for the category link but quite a few are missing!</added>

Hello,
Our site is one of the few estate agents listed on city of london web site. So I thought that this is the most appropriate category. We are based in border between 3 big councils and we provide properties in all of them. The areas that we work in are:
Islington, Hackney, City of London, Camden and Tower of Hamlets.

But we have submited our site only for City of London do we need to submit it for all areas? For example we have only one property located in tower of hamlets but you said is most appropriate one?

Absolutely not. The suggestion has been received and is awaiting in the category you mention above and no further submission is needed. Whoever reviews the site will make a decision where, if anywhere, the site will ultimately be listed.

For example we have only one property located in tower of hamlets but you said is most appropriate one?

What I meant was that the only address on your site for 'your company' is in Tower Hamlets. I apologise if I was unclear in what I intended to explain. I now see however that you don't have a public 'walk in' office so this is a factor that will be taken into account when a review is performed.

As it stands the site sits in http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/Uni.../City_of_London/Business_and_Economy/Property waiting for an editor to perform the initial review.

tnx

Thanks about the info, I have only 1 question more.
is there any approximate time from reviewing the sites?
we submitted our site quite a long time ago, I dont remember the exact date but in my recollection it was atleast 3-4 months ago. But in our category (City of London) there are no more than 15 sites which gives me the impression that is not a busy one. But this is my oppinion though.

Thanks in advance
