I've posted this site on a number of occasions over the last few years and i'm still not included. I do have the right category.
Is there a way it can be processed sooner?

Don't resubmit. (A resubmission just overwrites the previous submission, and if the editor chooses to sort the sites by date when reviewing, your site will be last.) Please be patient. You may ask for the status of your submissions in a month.

I did notice my pages dont have an editor. Is this the cause of my delay?

If there is an editor listed in a category, this might mean that submissions get processed faster. But there are also thousands of categories without listed editors where site suggestions are reviewed very fast.

No category is abondoned; categories of parent categories can work on them, and so can the so-call editall editors in all of the directory.
