And ... "if not rejected, then why?" is not a question WE ask. The question we ask is "why LIST a site?" (There's only one allowed answer: unique content.)
If the editor didn't find your unique content, was it because (1) you didn't have any, or (2) your navigation was so poor that he couldn't find it, or (3) it was of so little significance to you that you didn't bother to distinguish it in any way so that he overlooked it?
Think about it. In which of those cases are we going to be able to tell you something you don't already know? Obviously, none of them!
