Hi Editors,

I was wondering if someone could give me the status of www.TheWeddingSpot.net . It was entered into

http://dmoz.org/Society/Relationships/Weddings/Directories_and_Guides/

As well, I have recently purchased the .com extension as well. Do I need to resubmit? Thanks in advance.

Your submission is waiting for review in that category. Since the front page of theweddingspot.net displays the URL theweddingspot.com I changed the waiting submission to the .com address. You don't need to resubmit. Thanks!

Does anyone know if there is an editor for this category, or how many sites are waiting?

Your suggestion is still pending review in that area.

No category is without an editor--as there is always someone who has access to each category. We do not say how many suggestions are pending review as it is not an indication of how long it will take. I can say, however, that it is somewhat backlogged and I would give it a few more months before inquiring again if you don't see it listed.

Hi, I was wondering if I could get an update on the website http://www.theweddingspot.com (and the canadian: http://www.theweddingspot.ca ) for the category http://dmoz.org/Society/Relationships/Weddings/Directories_and_Guides/ .
It's been a few months since I requested to be listed, and I can't wait to finally get on! Can someone give me a status update??

The .com is waiting in Society/Relationships/Weddings/Directories_and_Guides
The .net is a mirror of the.com and will not be listed.
The .ca is also a mirror and will suffer the same fate.

The .net name IS a mirror to the .com,

however, the .ca has 1500 Canadian listings, which do not appear on the .com site (conversely, the 4500+ US listings do not appear on the canadian site). While the layout/design is the same, the listing content is different.

Then I would strongly suggest that you provide a link between ther two sites, so that your customers can find their way to the sub-site which is going to be of interest to them. The ODP will only list one of the sites.

Ok, It's been over 6 months, so I'm writing to get a status update. I first applied back in the beginning of March, and I am DESPERATELY waiting to get included in the DMOZ Listing, so any info would be appreciated,

Again the Site info is located above, but the listing is for theweddingspot.com, not theweddingspot.net, as apparently has been corrected,
