It was submitted on 18 December 2003 so I guess it's unlikely to be listed any time soon.

There is no way of knowing I am afraid. It is just as likely to be listed tomorrow as it is next month or next year. I am not a betting man so I won't offer any odd's eitherway but as the submission is waiting it is in the best position possible.
