The site was not submitted to Regional: Europe: Ireland: Business and Economy: Legal Services, but to Regional: Europe: United Kingdom: Northern Ireland: Business and Economy: Legal Services. It was deleted in May, because the company is not based in Northern Ireland.

I'd recommend resubmitting to Regional: Europe: Ireland: Dublin: Municipalities: Dublin City: Business and Economy: Legal Services.

Yes, there is. And you can make a second submission to the Regional category where your office is located (the category mentioned by uzs980).
