Thanks for that. But I had initially submitted the site over 3 months ago so is possible to trace the reasons behind it not being accepted on my first submission?

As mentioned, since you recently resubmiited you have to wait a month from that point in time, we won't even look at it tell you wait, since we would in most cases be wasting our time. It's most likely an editor did not even review it the first time, but you got rid of it yourself by resubmitting. In which case, all records of any previous submission are toally erased - and it's as though you never did anything.
