Not there I'm afraid and neither has any editor moved or declined it. Are you sure that's where you suggested it? I suggest you resubmit it.

Hmm.. Okay. I printed the form page on 9/15/04 which shows the category mentioned so I could write the submit date on it.

Anyway, the submit page keeps timing out on me this morning, but I'll resubmit it later today.
