Although this is a subdomain the two sites are different.The main site is for sale by owner worldwide.The subdomain is real estate agent tuscany.If the main site had not been moved in the dmoz directory(and still awaiting review again)from the real estate section to for sale by owner section,then i would not have submited the subdomain.
So, as they differ in content and also in type what should I submit and to what category?

Not very much to add to that what Mat said. Concentrate your content on one site and have that listed. You can split your content as often as you like, but please just submit your main site for inclusion in the ODP.
